Paste-ready kits · Not an agency

Your appeal is late because the screen is blank — not because you don’t care.

Ready Desk is a communications desk in a download: a 90-day calendar, ready-to-send emails, and social post sets you adapt and paste into tools you already use. Built for the one person doing programs, fundraising, and the newsletter.

  • Works with Mailchimp, Gmail, Facebook, Instagram — whatever you already have
  • Markdown + CSV files. No new software. No design pack required.
  • Warm, professional copy you can faith-adapt or keep secular

The real cost of silence

Blank screens don’t just feel bad. They cost donations, volunteers, and trust.

When the only communications person also runs programs, the newsletter slips. The soft ask never goes out. The thank-you sits in drafts. Supporters assume nothing is happening — even when the work is full.

Appeals wait for “better words”

You know the need. You know the list. What you don’t have is forty quiet minutes and a first sentence you trust. So the send moves to next week — again.

Social goes quiet between events

Big weekends get posts. Ordinary Tuesdays don’t. Followers stop hearing from you, then stop opening email when you finally return with an ask.

Agencies feel oversized

A retainer for brand strategy and managed social is the wrong tool for a pantry, parish, or PTA that needs six solid messages a month — not a funnel redesign.

Thank-yous and updates lose out

Crisis and deadlines win the calendar. Gratitude and program stories get postponed. People who already gave never hear what their gift did.

Ready Desk does not replace your judgment. It removes the blank page so you can ship the message your community already needs.

How it works

From download to first send in about thirty minutes.

No course. No login wall after purchase. Files you open, customize, and paste.

  1. Open the map

Skim the 90-day calendar. Fill the voice worksheet roughly. Pick one channel for this week — email or social — if you are slammed.

  2. Make it yours

Replace [Organization Name], [City], [Program], links, and dates. Add one local detail only your community would recognize.

  3. Paste and send

Drop the copy into Mailchimp, Gmail, Constant Contact, Facebook, Instagram, or your bulletin tool. Schedule the next three holds on your personal calendar.

Product tour

Calendar, email, and social — written like an editor, not a template farm.

Below is a shortened excerpt from a real Starter Kit email and a social set. Placeholders stay so you see how adaptation works. No staged “results.”

Calendar

A 90-day cadence you can shift to your start week

Suggested email and social slots with intentional flex days for local events, holidays, or rest. Markdown for reading; CSV for Sheets.

  • Program updates, thank-yous, event invites, volunteer asks, soft appeals

Who it’s for

Built for the one-person desk — not a creative department.

If communications is one of five jobs on your plate, this is sized for you.

Small nonprofits

Food banks, mutual aid, education nonprofits, animal rescues, housing and health orgs — anyone who needs steady updates without a marketing hire.

You get: dignity-first asks, program updates, and thank-yous that sound human.

Parishes & congregations

Adaptable, respectful default voice. You add faith language where it belongs. We do not claim official church or conference affiliation.

You get: copy that won’t embarrass the bulletin — and won’t pretend to write your theology.

Local organizations

PTAs, chambers, civic groups, neighborhood projects — clear invites, volunteer asks, and gratitude without sounding like a brand agency.

You get: practical posts and emails that fit a volunteer-run calendar.

Not for: large teams with full creative staff, organizations seeking done-for-you managed social, or anyone whose primary need is liturgical lectionary content.

FAQ

Straight answers before you buy.

No inflated claims. If something isn’t clear, email after purchase and we’ll sort it.

Is this written copy or a design / Canva pack?

Written copy and a calendar. You paste into the email and social tools you already use. Design graphics are not the core product.

Will this work for a parish and a secular nonprofit?

Yes. Default voice is warm and professional. Faith-based teams add language where it is authentic. Ready Desk does not claim official church, conference, or agency affiliation.

Do I need special software?

No. Files are Markdown and CSV. Open them in any text editor, Google Docs, or Sheets. Send from Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or your bulletin software.

Is this done-for-you social media management?

No. Ready Desk is paste-ready kits — not a managed retainer. You choose what goes out and when. That is intentional: small orgs usually need words more than another vendor login.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

A general AI chat still asks you to brief, edit, and decide cadence every time. Ready Desk gives you a finished calendar plus files already shaped for appeals, thanks, events, and volunteer asks — so you start from a draft, not a prompt.

What do I receive after checkout?

Digital delivery by email within one business day (manual fulfillment while automation is finished). Starter and Launch include the Starter Kit zip. Monthly and Annual receive the current month’s pack on the membership cadence. Launch Bundle includes Starter plus Months 1–3 packs.

Can I share the files with my board or a volunteer?

Yes for your organization’s internal use. Please don’t resell, republish, or redistribute the kit as a product of your own.

What if the voice isn’t quite right?

That’s expected. Use the voice worksheet, swap a few phrases, and add one local detail. The kit is a strong first draft — your community knowledge is the final edit.

Who shows on my card statement?

Charges are processed by Stripe. Card statements may show Veritas Media, LLC (the operating entity). The product brand is Ready Desk.

Refund clarity

Try the Starter Kit with a clear window.

If the Starter Kit files are not useful for your organization, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund the Starter Kit price. Monthly membership can be canceled anytime before the next billing date — you keep packs already delivered. Annual renewals follow the same cancel-before-renew spirit; see Stripe checkout terms for the exact language on your receipt.

We ask that refund requests be honest: if the files helped you send, keep them. If they didn’t fit, say so and we’ll make it right.

No fake testimonials. No invented customer counts. Just the files and a fair policy.

Put something send-ready on your desk this week.

Start with the Launch Bundle if you want the kit plus three months of fresh packs. Or take the Starter alone and add membership when you’re ready.
